Account Assistant Required

A fast growing tourism company in Dubai is looking for an Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
– Process payments as well as documents like invoices
– Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
– Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
– Make and track payments
– Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
– Make bank deposits and keep up records
– Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
– Validate invoices against items or services received
– Check all financial transactions for accuracy
– Key data into company accounting system
– Disburse funds as needed

Requirements:
– Filipino
– Female
– Age: 24-30 yrs
– 2+ years work experience
– Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
– Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations
– Thorough working knowledge of MS Office(esp MS Excel) and accounting software (Quickbooks) & databases
– Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data
– Perform monthly bank reconciliation
– Follow up collection for customer/clients
– Strong communication skills
