Dessert Shop Supervisor (F&B) – Sukkar Dose

Job Description

• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
• Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Develops an understanding of all items on the menu – origins etc.,
• Begins to educate themselves on the various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts.
• Resolve all customer complaints and make a record
• Report potential safety hazards to owners.
• Reports all employee accidents to owners.
• Receive and record any operational inconsistencies. Reports all of this to owners daily


  • Able to make crepe, waffles and mixed juices/milkshakes in a timely matter 
  • Able to multitask
  • Positive Attitude 
  • Supervisory skills advisable
